Demi Radeva is CEO of Xanthos Health, a social care connection platform that connects clinical teams and community-based organizations with people living with cancer. She is also an adjunct instructor at the Carlson School of Management, and previously led the Health Equity Strategy for the Community and State line of business at UnitedHealthcare.
